As a multidisciplinary team of experienced experts, ADILP apply an integrated and holistic nature-based solution to every project and programmes. While addressing societal challenges i.e. climate shocks, food and water security, health and effective disaster risk reduction, simultaneously we address actions that protect, restore and sustainably manage the natural capital.
It is worth noting our restoration efforts in Addado, Galmudug, Somalia, where we are actively restoring 20 million trees.
Africa Drought Inhibition Livestock Protection
ADILP was established as a sole proprietorship in March 2022 specializing on quality livestock feed production, later on February 2023 ADILP’s thematic focus areas and the company’s bylaw was amended.
ADILP is Rural Livelihood and Climate Change Adaptation Solution research and development consulting firm registered under the Company Act as an entity in Kenya and Somalia. It is a multidisciplinary livelihood and natural resources management consultancy providing a broad suit of services in nature conservation, social development, and climate change adaptation and mitigation.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be the leading expert on food security, natural resources management, Climate change adaptation and Rural Development consulting services in the Horn of Africa and Africa at large. We intend to restore various areas and ecosystems with mangroves being a key factor to this change.
